Lemoine Agency, operator of Facture.simple, is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes what data is collected, why, for how long, and the rights you have under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Data we collect

Facture.simple collects the following personal data:

• Authentication email — provided when you log in, stored by Supabase Auth.
• Session cookie — a technical cookie set by Supabase to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
• Client and invoice records you enter — business name, client contact details, and invoice line items you create while using the app, stored to provide the service.

Purpose and legal basis

Your email and session cookie are processed solely to authenticate you and maintain your session. Client and invoice records you create are stored to provide the invoicing service you requested. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention period

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. The session cookie expires when you log out or close your browser. Account data is deleted within 30 days of a confirmed account closure request.

Recipients

Your data is processed by Supabase Inc. (United States) as a subprocessor for authentication and data storage, and by Vercel Inc. (United States) as hosting provider. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, as well as the right to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at:

Cookies

This site uses a single essential cookie to manage your authenticated session. This cookie is strictly necessary for the service to function and does not require your consent under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.
